The fundamental part of the company is Commercial Buildings Division realizing orders of the highest magnitude in the field of commercial and civil constructions, such as blocks of flats, supermarkets, firm domiciles, pharmacies, restaurants, motor shows etc.
This division was established in 2005 as a reaction to growing demand of investors for larger investment units.
A substantial part of the portfolio of building construction, forming the main sphere of action of Commercial Buildings Division, consists of the following:

New housing construction for important development companies - Industrial construction
Industrial constructions, buildings
All these activities are performed in close cooperation with Steel Constructions Division, which is an implicit advantage for the investors, as Steel Constructions Division is able to cover a wide range of building activities.
